Raspberry Ripple Smoothy

You will need the following to make half a pint:

  • Raspberries 100g (3 ½ oz)
  • Natural yogurt 100g (3 ½oz), plus extra to decorate
  • Milk 100ml (3 ½fl oz)

Simply put the raspberries, yogurt and milk into a food processor or blender and whizz until smooth. Pour into a large glass and swirl a little yogurt over the top to decorate. Delicious.

Easy Fruit Fool

You will need: 454g ( 1 lb) fresh berries, 85g (3 oz) sugar, 300ml double cream (whipped stiffly). Place the berries in a pan and simmer on a gentle heat for 2 minutes until softened. Add the sugar and stir. Allow to cool off and then fold fruit into the double cream. Place in your favourite dessert dishes and chill in the fridge.
